I just wanted to drop you a quick note of appreciation for all you have done in assisting me find my new home and getting the sale through! It has been a little over a month since I move in! ( Time flies!) When I first pulled up for the first viewing, I was a little nervous about agents, but my mind was quickly put at ease and with your super friendly and your caring/naturing side! You where excellent to deal with, especially since I was buying for the first time. Alway making sure by asking questions and always followed with "we don't have to put an offer in right now, no rush!". I loved how we kept in constant contact through texting through out the whole process! The final walk through could not have gone any easier! I just wanted to send a BIG thank you for working with Mike and I. The record sell time on our house was amazing, we didn't think you would have it signed and sealed in a week! The house HUNTING on the other hand showed great patience from you. Thank you for not letting us settle till we found the right fit.

I also wanted to thank you for being there and going out of your way for us when some "glitches" arose after possession. Stopping by with the food when we had no stove was so appreciated words cannot describe. ( I won't tell you how many perogies Mike ate)
